the week i finally got some farmer’s market peaches,
the week i tried herbal tea for the first time,
the week of date night at the soul food place around the corner,
the week the days felt shorter and the nights felt cooler,
the week of crepes in the morning and rainy afternoons.
it’s been a good week.
