Pictures of us frolicking in Central Park
by angie.
We have been busy busy lately. Working, eating, sleeping, watching movies… yeah, our life is totally CRAZY! Let me tell ya.
I do have some pictures of a walk we took in the park last Sunday between sessions of Conference. I’ll show you those. You will see that the fall colors haven’t quite hit us yet. I keep looking back at posts of the leaves last year, like this, this, this and this, and it gives me hope that they really are coming.
Yesterday I spent an entire day running around New York, sight seeing with my friend Whitney who is in town. And did I bring my camera? No. Were there probably a million photo ops? Yes. Are my photography skills going down the drain because I never practice? You be the judge.
While I have you here I will tell you about this wonderful thing I have discovered.
I have been listening to this great program called Conversations on LDS radio through my iPhone. Conversations features interviews with people of interest to the LDS community—General Authorities, Auxiliary leaders, and faithful Latter-day Saints. Some are joined by their spouses, who contribute an additional dimension. Each has an interesting story and a unique perspective. They talk candidly about their personal lives and about the gospel of Jesus Christ. It has been so fun to get to know the leaders of the church, and hear their insights and testimonies of the gospel. Each interview is about an hour long and they are great! Very uplifting and interesting!
You can listen to it straight from the internet on your computer by clicking here, or download it to iTunes and listen on your iPod or burn a CD. Maybe you could download it and listen to it in your car, or while you’re exercising. They are wonderful and highly recommended by yours truly.

Well your photography skills are clearly not going down the drain. I’m pretty sure that your pictures will always be gorgeous, so I don’t think that you have anything to worry about.
I’m so excited for the colors to start changing here, too, though I know that it won’t be long before winter’s here and then I’ll be missing all of the pretty flowers. I guess I should just enjoy it all while it lasts.
I have to tell you once again just how much I love your hair. It is so insanely pretty. It suits you so, so perfectly. You’re beautiful, Angie! Oh, and your scarf, too. I love it!
And that radio program sounds so great! I’m going to download it on iTunes right now. Thanks for sharing!
I like the kissing behind the tree picture. So cute!
I meant to email you back about this. I am definitely going to listen to them. They sound awesome. And thanks for your sweet email- you always know how to give a good pick-me-up. And your beautiful in every picture. And I want your scarf. And I want your photography skills. Basically, I want to be you. Don’t worry, I’ll swap Klane for Steve in the tree photo so I’m not being totally creepy…. and I still want to keep Jayne of course and baby 2 of course. Ok now I’m totally sounding crazy… I need to go to bed. Good night!
These pictures are great. They are getting me excited for NY in the Fall. Also, once I get a digital device that I can listen to those “Conversations” I am so going to listen! It sounds so interesting!
Your photography skills are as amazing as ever, Ang! Such beautiful pictures–especially the one of you looking off to the side. You’re so pretty! And since I assume Klane took that one, it appears that his photography skills are doing great as well :-)
That picture of you two behind the tree? Impossibly cute. Oh my goodness.

Great photography and such a cute shot of you and Klaner behind the tree! He is such a fun husband and up for all kinds of frolicking in the park.
It looks more like spring in these pictures, I am way surprised. We are fully into fall now and the air is crisp and the leaves are falling off the trees and it is hot cider and hot chocolate time!
