Temple date night

by angie.

Klane and I went on a romantic date to the temple. I love going there. It’s amazing that they figured out a way to completely block out all sounds from the streets outside. I bet it’s the only place in the city where you can find complete silence. It’s wonderful.

We completed our date with a late dinner at Metro Diner on 100th and Broadway. Classic diner with classic diner food. It was yummy.

In other news, my new favorite cereal is 2 parts Corn Flakes, 1 part Marshmallow Mateys. The perfect combination of plain and sweet. I’ve had two bowls today, so far.

The Manhattan Temple is so neat. I love how it is such a haven in the middle of such a busy city. How fun that it gets to be your Temple for the next few years!

I agree. We went to the Manhattan temple a few years ago and I was amazed by the quiet. So cool.
